All orders take approximately 3-5 business days to process (Monday-Friday). As much as we’d love to send your order out as soon as we receive it, as the sole employee I do production by myself. So if you order on Friday, it will be ready the following week sometime between Wednesday to Friday.
In Canada you will receive your order via Canada Post.
If you are local to the Greater Vancouver area, you may receive your order via a local courier service.
In USA you will receive your order via USPS.
We sure do! Please select the Free local pick-up option in the check out and we will contact you to arrange a pick-up time when the items are ready.
We sure do! International shipping rates can be provided by contacting us. Please be aware all international purchases are final and are subject to duties and/or taxes that are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges. Our items are all made to order and custom made. We do offer exchange if there is a mistake on our end.
We do our best to make sure your order is correct, but if you do notice an error or if you receive damaged goods please email contact@milknbabble.com and we will make sure we correct the problem. Please include your name, order #, and email when emailing customer service so that we can better serve you.
